I’m not a photographer like Brandon Bennett is in the Hatfield Falls series, but I do like snapping memories with my phone’s camera. There is a lot to take pictures of here in Nova Scotia. It truly is an incredibly beautiful part of the world in which to live. (But I might be biased somewhat 😉 )
My hope in sharing these images and a few thoughts or information about them is that you will gain a clearer image of the settings found in the Hatfield Falls series.
The images in the above collage (from left to right):
- Walking on the ocean floor when the tide is out at Burntcoat Head Provincial Park
- Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse at sunset
- A view of Dartmouth from one of the trails in Shubie Park
